Fox House – Nightingale Quarter, Derby
Nightingale Quarter is one of the largest city centre regeneration sites in the UK, covering more than 18.5 acres. The development has been sympathetically designed to incorporate the iconic Victorian “Pepper Pot” buildings, which will remain on site as a permanent reminder of the heritage of the development.
Following on from our Facades division’s success on completion of Block A (Strutt House) they then also completed Block B (Fox House) late 2023. The £35m Fox House is the second stand-alone apartment building to complete at the £175m scheme in 2023, together with 35 houses.
Below are the products and systems our Facades division installed on Block B:
~ Mineral fibre insulation
~ Brick support system
~ Fischer fire barriers
~ EPDM to windows
~ Render at high level
Our photos show works in progress and then the finished externals of Fox House.
