New Garden Square, Birmingham – Block F1
In the Spring of 2023 our Flat Roofing division completed the Block known as F1 for and in collaboration with Winvic Construction Ltd on the Build to Rent scheme known as New Garden Square in Birmingham.
The team finished their initial installation on Block F1 and left it ready for the roof garden which was being installed at a later date and then moved onto Block F3 to complete similar works.
See below the systems and finishes that our Flat Roofing installed:
~ Wilotekt hot melt flat roof waterproofing (2nd generation)
~ XPS insulation to achieve 0.15 W/m²K
~ External finishes are a mixture of living roof (wildflower seed) &
~ 600x600x50mm concrete paving slabs and 20-40mm round stone
~ The lift over runs are being completed in RBM (reinforced bitumen membrane)
