Strutt House – Nightingale Quarter, Derby
Nightingale Quarter is one of the largest city centre regeneration sites in the UK, covering more than 18.5 acres. The development has been sympathetically designed to incorporate the iconic Victorian “Pepper Pot” buildings, which will remain on site as a permanent reminder of the heritage of the development.
Initially contracted to completed Block A (Strutt House), which our Facades division has already completed (November 2022), the team are now working on Block B. Each block consists of:
👉Proctor Wraptite membrane
👉Mineral fibre insulation
👉Brick support system
👉Fischer fire barriers
👉EPDM to windows
👉Render at high level
Our photos show works in progress and then the finished externals of Strutt House.
