The Cube
A 23 storey mixed development project adjacent to the “Mail Box” in Birmingham. Although the main contractor on site was Buildability we undertook the development for Calesko on recommendation who were supplying the under floor heating package on the project.
The challenges of the contract included:
- Laying pipe up to 23 storeys to pump the flow screed
- Coordinating with a large number of other trades
- Pouring supaflo screed at this height has rarely been achieved
