The Pepperpot, Nightingale Quarter, Derby
Towards the end of 2023 our Flat Roofing division completed their works on The Pepperpot at the Nightingale Quarter, Derby working for and in collaboration with Wavensmere Homes.
This was after we announced in June that our Flat Roofing Division designed a cost effective programme of works along with Axter Ltd to waterproof 3 roofing areas. In these photos you can see the finished installation of the stylish glass extension which is to the rear of the iconic Victorian Pepperpot building, originally constructed over 200 years ago!
On the extension our team installed the following:

~ Soffits
~ Cappings
~ Rainwater Downpipes
~ Axter PVC Single Ply Waterproofing (photos to follow)
